Perissa 43: A perfect blend of comfort and elegance
Perissa 43 sits at the top of its building, looking down over the private beach with 180 degrees of Indian Ocean beyond it. Mornings are the good part. The sun comes up out of the water in front of you, and the dolphins go past most days while you are still on your first cup of coffee. Recently renovated throughout, with an open plan kitchen in Le Creuset, a coffee bar with a Nespresso machine and a wine fridge, and a living room that opens onto the patio and its gas braai. We leave out a beach bag and a cooler box, so all you have to do is walk down.

The kitchen sits opposite the coffee bar, with the living room opening onto the patio, the gas braai and the outdoor table. The main bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite with a bath and shower over it. The second has a queen bed, and the third is a study with a desk, monitor, TV and double sleeper couch. The second bathroom has a walk in shower. Air conditioning throughout, and covered parking below. Note, this is on the top floor, up two flights of stairs.
